Recipe #2 Salt Pepper and Chilli Calamari with Capsicum Salad


The Ingredients you will need are ;
Julienne half of red, yellow and green capsicum
thinly slice 1/4 of spanish onion
julienne 1/6 carrot
julienne 1/6 zuchinni

Just like that mix it together and plating it nicely


Next you will need : Squid
(any amount as you wish)
I prefer packaging squid because it's a bit of hard to cut the whole squid but still your option

You need to cut the squid, the video from the link above will show you how to cut it from 0.20 to 0.47 second. Click to figure it out !
next prepare a bowl with egg white only and mix
next you can use either plain flour or baker flour mix with you salt and pepper
Finally dip the cut raw squid in the egg white, then to the salt pepper flour and deep fry it for like 2-3 mins. Plate in on top of the capsicum salad and here we go ! simple yet tasty dinner !
