Recipe #16 Gazpacho
Today we are making Gazpacho, it's a traditional cold soup from Spain serve as entree. Easy and what you will need are: serve portion : 1 1 spanish onion 1 lebanese cucumber (or any would be fine) 1 capsicum bagels/ white bread parsley/ coriander 10 sherry 10 red wine olive oil garlic and rosemary (optional) salt and pepper to taste. Save each of your brunoise some for the garnish. Next step mix all your brunoise of onion, cucumber and capsicum into a bowl add olive oil, red wine and sherry to taste.
